I’m Lara, founder of Fourth Floor Virtual Business Support, and I help business owners turn ideas and plans into clear actions, organised systems and successful outcomes.
With over 20 years’ experience in management roles across marketing, events, operations and administration, I work as a trusted partner to SMEs and growing businesses, providing flexible support across strategy, marketing and business delivery.

Outside Work
When I’m not supporting clients, I’m usually outdoors enjoying fell walking, tennis or travel, or indulging my love of mountains, music, films and interior design.
And I use spreadsheets for almost everything, because they keep life organised and I love them!
